Drop & Offset Mounts for Low Pulls, Rows & Floor-Level Cable Work
How do I get the VOLTRA I low enough for seated rows, floor pulls, and deep pulls?
The VOLTRA I is moved offset from the upright in order to achieve a drop. You move the VOLTRA I and the cable follows. Use that for rows, floor-level work, and range of motion. Pin size comes first. Geometry is cable height and offset after that.
Decide
Select the pin size before you pick a drop. Then choose how low the cable origin sits, and whether it sits beside the upright or crossmember.
Offset Drop
Single-pin offset. It puts a lower cable origin beside the upright or crossmember.
Double Offset Drop
Offset drop for two VOLTRA I units.
Evolver Deep Drop
A deep drop arm, about a 6-7/8 inch drop. It needs clearance under the pin height.
Rogue T-Bar Row Offset Drop
1" single pin (not included). It is designed to fit the Rogue T-Bar Row stand and drop the VOLTRA I low.
Side Mount Bolt On Deep Drop
It is bolt-on, not pin-based. The drawing shows it on a Simple Upright as an example. It bolts to the side of the upright with four hex bolts and drops the VOLTRA I below the beam. Other bolt-on Mounts use their own bolt pattern.
Clearance
Each drop Mount lists its drop distance on the product page. Measure the free space under your pin height against that distance.
