Voltra Mounts Shipping Policy
We proudly ship our products within the United States and to more than 30 other countries worldwide.
To determine whether we ship to your location, simply enter your shipping address at checkout. If shipping is supported for your country, you will be able to proceed with your order.
If your country is not currently supported, please contact us at support@voltramounts.com. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and add shipping when possible and permissible under applicable laws and regulations.
Current shipping destinations include: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, and others.
Please note that this list is subject to change. We may add or remove countries at any time without prior notice based on logistics, compliance requirements, and business needs.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff will not count as one of the 1–3 processing days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after shipment
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather, high volumes, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Free Shipping Free shipping is a limited promotional offer available only on qualifying U.S. standard shipments. It is offered sporadically on select products and order values and is not guaranteed.
When active, free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. VoltraMounts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free shipping at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and over 30 other countries.
We do not ship to the following at this time:
- P.O. Boxes
- U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- Any country not supported at checkout
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees are collected at checkout through our Managed Markets service and included in your cart total.
In the event that additional duties, taxes, or fees are assessed by your local customs authorities after checkout, you agree to reimburse VoltraMounts for any such amounts. We will contact you promptly if this occurs.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- For damaged packages: Contact us at support@voltramounts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
- For lost packages: We will work with the carrier to file a claim. Claims are typically filed after the carrier’s estimated delivery window has passed.
Important Notes
- Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.
