Voltra Mounts Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Voltra Mounts. All orders are shipped within the United States only.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 1–3 business days after shipment
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Free Shipping is offered sporadically on select orders and is available for U.S.-based standard shipments only. When active, free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
- We do not ship internationally.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at Support@VoltraMounts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be filed after the estimated delivery window has passed.
Important Notes
- Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for any delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.
- By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
- This policy applies to domestic U.S. shipments only.
