  • Bolts set 3.66" on center, passing just outside a 3" tube. Turned 90°, bolts set 2.50" on center for a 2" tube.
  • Top to bottom: bolt, split lock washer, flat washer, Mount, large 3.5 mm chafe pad, tube, 1 mm chafe pad(s), nut plate. Need about 2 mm more room? Leave out either washer, depending on how much security your setup needs.

Which bolt and nut plate?

All bolts are 5/16-18 socket head. Pick the length for what you're mounting to:

  • 1" bolts: a strap, belt, or portable attachment under 7/32" (5.5 mm) thick
  • 3" bolts: tubes up to 2"
  • 4" bolts: tubes 2" to 3"

Nut plates are named for your tube size, so a 2" tube takes 2" nut plates. They're 0.313" thick and tapped 5/16-18. Built for 11–14 gauge tube walls, which is typical for home gym racks.

The bolts pass outside the edges of the tube, not through it. Turn the Mount so the bolts sit closest to your tube: 3.66" on center for a 3" tube, or turned 90° to 2.50" on center for a 2" tube.

The Bolt Up is a bolt-on Mount for the Beyond Power VOLTRA I. It attaches to square tubes from 1.5" up to 3" wide with four 5/16"-18 bolts and holds one DIY Dock (included with the With DIY Dock option).

  • Works with straps: wrap a strap around a post, beam, or tube and the nut plate clamps it tight against the Mount. Use the 1" bolts for this setup. Strap not included.
